“Sergio” hosts a brand new line of exciting, educational and informative episodes featuring local skippers, guides and experts in their various fields.  Angler Chronicles brings to its viewers the very best wide open sportfishing action the west has to offer with both fresh and saltwater fishing including Southern California, Mexico, British Columbia and Alaska. 

Joining Sergio each week is the Angler Chronicles Fishing Schools Director, Ron Hobbs, and all instructors including Ben Secrest.  Sergio and crew are an accomplished team with decades of experience in both salt and freshwater venues.  Angler education and exciting bent rod action continue to be Sergio’s goal as host and executive producer of Angler Chronicles.

Angler Chronicles Television is produced by eleven time Telly Award winning television producer Danny Jackson.  Danny has more than two decades of experience producing for The Outdoor Channel, FOX Sports West and now Bally Sports West Television.

Award winning outdoor videographer and expert aerial cinematographer, John Senften, has now joined the Angler Chronicles television crew adding a whole new level of creativity helping to garner more Telly Awards for broadcast excellence in the Cable Television Industry.

Angler Chronicles strives to bring only wholesome family entertainment to your television screen.  Seen on Bally Sports West Television as well satellite feeds throughout north America in stunning high definition.

San Nicholas Island is about 75 miles west of Long Beach and offers some of the very best rock fishing to be found anywhere on the west coast.  This week on Angler Chronicles, Sergio and crew are aboard the beautiful sportfisher, Eldorado, out of Long Beach Sportfishing and are headed for “San Nick.”

Joining Sergio is Oliver Solis, owner of Fishing Syndicate Custom Rods as well as other industry leaders and the Fishing Syndicate Pro Staff.  Together, this team of well qualified anglers enjoy rockfishing at its finest.  Huge Ling Cod, Sheephead, big Whitefish and Chuckleheads are included in these good eating and tough fighting game fish.  And caught on Fishing Syndicate Custom Rods!

7th Annual Dream Extreme Derby

The Seventh Annual Dream Extreme Fishing Derby in Lake Elsinore was a huge success with record breaking attendance and prizes.  Fishing Derby and it only gets bigger and better.  And with amazing aerial cinematography from John Senften, you will get to see beautiful Lake Elsinore as you have never seen it before. Eight more vertical feet has been added due to recent rains.

Go along with Sergio and the Angler Chronicles crew as they enjoy a great Cinco de Mayo weekend of fishing, parties and awards ceremonies presented by the Lake Elsinore Casino.

Sergio always points out that this is a “Fun Derby” and not a fiercely competitive tournament and 2019 was no exception.  Huge raffles with great prizes as well as record breaking cash payouts.

Catfish, Wipers, Largemouth Bass, Crappie and Carp are all eligible!!
